Barrier Coating:
Ultra thin barrier coating to protect Paint booth walls, light lenses, windows, equipment, Robot, structures, center tracks, conveyers, shrouds, ventilation shafts  and more.
Reduces maintenance costs of paint booths vs. traditional products and decreases reworks due to dust.

Application:
Sprayed on any horizontal or vertical surface or manually applied by roller or brush.
A uniform application will ensure more consistent performance.
The minimal amount required film of 0,1 mm provides already protection.
Removal of Chemico 8011 is accomplished by scrapping, squeegee, or rinsing with water by hand or with power spray equipment.

Paint Booth Tacky:
Barrier to paint overspray and captures dust.
On windows and gloss has great clarity.

Peelable Coating:
Walls, Floor, Windows, Light lenses track protection sheets, equipment, mixing room etc…
Protects against paint overspray, paint tracking, sealers and adhesives.
Can be used as support in combination with Chemico 7266 tacky

Application:
Chemico 7999 is designed to be sprayed onto surfaces, but it can also be applied by roller or brush. For best results, apply 2 or 3 thin coats to prevent sags let dry between coats 20-30 minutes.  Once overspray is deemed to much, peel off 7999 coating and re-apply.
Excellent tensile strength which allows easy stripping over uneven surfaces.
Can be cleaned with Chemico 7915, 6917E to remove paint marks.
