UV TRANSPARENT COATING PRODUCTS

The Top Coating portfolio of   includes Clear Coats , 1-compound solvent-free or water-borne Specific products are available for applications on:

Concrete  series
Parquet series
Vinyl and VCT (tiles in a vinyl compound) series

For each type of application it is possible to have a finishing:

UV COLOUR PRODUCTS & CYCLE

For the execution of Lining, Safety Markings and Logo's with a minimal downtime or where high speed execution is required, STC has developed a complete portfolio of UV Coloured Top Coatings.

The full range allows also to execute works in Cold stores or Freezers until -26° C

The Products can be used as Coloured Top Coating or be finished with a UV Clear Top Coating

The most common RAL colours for safety marking are available (white, yellow, grey).

HYDRID PRODUCTS & CYCLE

STC has developed a series of "hybrid" products & cycles whereby the best characteristics of the traditional resins are combined with the UV technology.

Coatings
After the usual mechanical preparation, 2 layers of colour  (mono-compound) can be applied with as finish the top performing high wear resistant UV Top Coatings .

This allows a fast economic and flexible in colours solution with a top performance.

Restoration
STC has developed a cycles whereby the restoration of the existing floor can be executed with a UV coating, this allows to fill cracks and holes or imperfections in a very fast mode and to finish the floor with a traditional or a UV cycle.

Self-Levelling coverings
STC has developed Hybrid UV cycles whereby the primers are based upon UV technology and are compatible to receive a traditional self-levelling system (can also be made Fire retardant) or a high anti-wear auto levelling system (which contains Steel Granulates) and to be finished when wished with UV Top Coating technology.

This allows to save 1 application day vs. a traditional Self-Levelling cycle or to execute small surfaces where self- levelling coverings are needed in 24 hours.
